The Canal Street Malt House Condominiums

In the Canal Street Malt House Condominium project, Plano-Coudon provided pre-engineering options and constructability evaluations on this  phased project. We renovated 33,800 SF into 13 urban loft-style condominiums then completed ground-up construction of a 53,400 SF building that included 25 condominiums and a parking garage.
