These additions include an upgraded HVAC system with HEPA air filter and UV Light System, electronic locks for hands-free entry to the building and all units, pre-furnished units with six bedrooms, private baths, full-size washer and dryers, large gourmet kitchens, dining and lounge areas, and large balconies overlooking an outdoor kitchen.
