We understand that every project comes with a unique set of safety challenges, solutions, and strategies. That’s why our comprehensive safety program goes above and beyond industry standards and is customized for every project.
Our people are the first line of defense and the ones who keep safety top of mind every day on every jobsite. We provide them with ongoing training and education, making sure they are equipped with the latest safety practices and approaches, and are up to date with continually changing regulations. Our outside safety partner, Diversified Safety, conducts mock OSHA inspections every two weeks and we use the data to tailor our training to be relevant and timely. Every subcontractor that works on a Plano-Coudon jobsite undergoes a safety orientation that is available in both English and Spanish, and our Superintendents regularly conduct toolbox talks, hold safety stand downs, and provide ongoing coaching to help our building partners uphold our high standards.
While we have an active and engaged safety committee that steers our safety program, we believe every team member is responsible for ensuring that our jobsites are safe, and we empower them to hold themselves and others accountable. Our goal is simple and powerful: everyone on every job site goes home healthy every day.
