This project consisted of the ground-up construction of the Vine Street Co-Living facility in the Takoma Park neighborhood of Washington, D.C. This multi-family building features a cellar level with five levels above, incorporating both a concrete podium and wood framing. There are 28 units and a small penthouse. The tight, urban site provided a unique challenge with little room to lay down materials. However, P-C was quick to find solutions, even with constraints from a neighboring construction site and surrounding historical buildings.
