Interior and exterior renovation of 16 apartment buildings, each 9,500 SF and new construction of an 8,000 SF community center. Interior and exterior heat pump units installed with new ductwork, apartment electric meters were replaced, new architectural finishes throughout including new flooring, kitchen casework and counters and new bathroom vanities installed. Exterior brick replaced with Hardi plank siding, new front doors and new shingle roofing installed.Old balconies and exterior staircases demolished and new enclosed steel stair tower structure installed.
