River House Apartments

This project involved the construction of a five-story, 150-unit market-rate apartment building along the picturesque Christina River in Wilmington, Delaware. Positioned on a former brownfield site, the development reflects the city’s revitalization efforts and sets a new standard for upscale, waterfront living.

Taking advantage of sweeping river views, the building boasts 82 balconies, a first-floor lounge and deck, a fitness center, a dog park, and a rooftop lounge and terrace. To ensure compliance with floodplain regulations and requirements, our team undertook significant site improvements, encompassing both safety and environmental considerations.
