The construction was a slab-on-grade, Type VA structure. The building features a range of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a community room, community kitchen, parlor, exercise room, and game room. Outdoor amenities include a hard-surface walking path, along with pickleball and bocce ball courts. The project was financed through 4% LIHTC bonds.
