Corporation of the Roman Catholic Clergymen, Maryland Colombiere Community Residences

New construction of a 60,000 SF building to provide residential, communal and worship facilities for 38 senior clergymen. A supportive-living facility, the building also featured systems and equipment to meet the special needs of the elderly, such as nurse-call systems and emergency power. This project was built to achieve LEED Silver certification standards.
