Project Description: Rash Field Park – Phase II transformed 7.5 acres along Baltimore’s Inner Harbor into a vibrant destination for recreation, fitness, and community events. The project introduced new pickleball and beach volleyball courts, a multiuse lawn, fitness area, field house, beach pod, and shaded gathering spaces, along with extensive hardscape, utility, and landscape improvements. New plantings, trees, boulders, and other natural features further enhance the park’s connection to its waterfront setting.
