At North Gate Business Park in Aberdeen, we completed a fast-track, three-story, ground-up, core and shell office building and storm water management pond, which achieved LEED Gold certification.
At Baltimore Technology Park, we outfitted a 7,000-square-foot data center which included installing a 1.5-megawatt generator, UPS back-up system, computer room air conditioning, new fire detection/suppression systems and raised access floors.
At the Imperial Capital Bank, we created a new commercial space featuring a cantilevered, structural steel mezzanine and a custom spiral staircase with curved glass panels.
