Blair Radney, LEED AP, Small Projects Division Project Executive

Blair Radney

History:

Blair came to Plano-Coudon in 2011 and now works with a great team to lead the small project division. Having come up primarily through the field ranks initially as a plumbing helper, carpenter then running work as a foreman, superintendent and project manager. He has been on both sides of the table as owner’s representative. He holds an associates degree in construction management from the Community College of Baltimore County and an associates degree in general studies from Carroll Community College.

Passions outside of P-C:

Blair’s wife and kids enjoy the small things in life; spending time together and building memories. He is active in his church and community; serving as a deacon and volunteering with a local preservation group in Eldersburg. He and his family like to use their vacation time for compassion and construction ministry trips international to places in Africa, Mexico and Jamaica.

Blair is also passionate about seeing others have a chance to change their lives and build a career and consequently services on the JumpStart advisory committee.
