Plano-Coudon takes great pride in being an internal part of the construction of Viva at Capitol Hill. Co-living space is a rapidly growing concept offering a useful and affordable housing option for college students and young professionals. Located in the Capitol Hill area of DC, the 8-unit, 47-room building combines the existing historical structure with an innovative, contemporary design, complete with state-of-the-art technology.
Each unit comes pre-furnished with six bedrooms with private baths, and in each unit a full-size washer and dryer, large gourmet kitchen and dining and lounge area. The building features an upgraded heating and air-conditioning system with a HEPA air filter and UV light, and electronic locks for hand-free entry. Large balconies overlook a common courtyard patio and outdoor kitchen for private and safe social gatherings.
Thank you to the amazing team, Teass-Warren Architects, developer Square and Lot, and the Plano-Coudon team. Through this collaboration came a transformation of an abandoned building into an upscale, amenity-rich elevated co-living experience.
