As part of the CBAC-led master plan for The Walk @ Warner Street, Plano-Coudon is transforming a three-block stretch of Warner Street that connects Horseshoe Casino to M&T Bank Stadium. The project will deliver a fully reimagined streetscape featuring a new concrete roadway, widened sidewalks, underground utility lines, upgraded water and sewer infrastructure, dedicated bike paths, landscaped areas, and modern lighting. Once complete, Warner Street will serve as a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly corridor, enhancing connectivity and the overall experience between two of Baltimore’s major destinations.
