Under Armour Ivory Office Renovation

Core and shell, fast-track, renovation of 70,000 SF office space (previous industrial soap factory) including window replacement, roof replacement, food prevention work, fabrication and installation of structural steel stairs. Renovated the rooftop deck. This was on an occupied campus that required minimal impacts to client employees. In addition, we provided an interior renovation with HVAC upgrades in conjunction with the core and shell. Work took place on floors 2 through 4 and roof while keeping the 1st floor open
