University of Maryland Baltimore Forensics & General Services

At the University of Baltimore, Plano-Coudon converted 6,500 SF of administrative/classroom space into forensics and general sciences laboratories. The project involved installing new electrical and plumbing systems, new lab casework, and new HVAC systems, including dedicated RTUs, exhaust fans, DDC controls and seven lab compressor and vacuum systems.
