40,000 SF Health & Counseling Center includes the complete demolition of two, three-story, dormitory buildings down to core and shell. These buildings were repurposed and renovated into the health center. A new 9,000 SF addition was constructed to connect the existing buildings. The project included chilled beams; construction of a new elevator and shaft; new MEP systems; and backup generator. This project also included a campus utilities upgrade package which involved running new chilled water piping from the campus power plant as well as upgraded electrical services. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
