Interior renovation and exterior restoration of the original Showtime Theater, built in 1946. The renovation required demolition down to structural members of the existing theater. The space includes an upper mezzanine control booth with clear-story to bring in natural lights, a black box theater, production laboratory, classrooms within an active venue space used for festivals and performances. The exterior features a LED color changing mesh facade system to attract visitors.
