In partnership with Hord Coplan Macht, Knott Realty, and the Odyssey School, Plano-Coudon is leading the expansion of the Odyssey School campus in Lutherville, Maryland. The project includes a 13,800 SF addition to the existing 38,000 SF facility, enhancing the school’s academic and community spaces.
The new addition will feature a 4,500 SF Dining/Great Hall, science classrooms, tutoring rooms, administrative offices, and upgraded lobby and corridor spaces. Site improvements across the 42-acre campus include a stormwater pond retrofit, storm drain work, septic and well upgrades, paver enhancements, and extensive landscaping.
