Restoration of original chapel that includes cast stone replacement, structural framing repairs, joint sealant installation, repoint of mortar joints, flat roof replacement, asphalt shingle replacement and installation of new flashing. The interior constructions includes selective demolition, framing, drywall, patching, painting, refinishing of hardwood floors and restoration of the church bell.
