Sagamore Spirits Aging Barn #2

Sagamore Spirit’s Aging Barn was constructed as a conventional steel/pre-engineered metal hybrid structure. This storage building houses a high-density racking system comprised of 5 mezzanines, a 4,000 lb material lift, an in-rack sprinkler, and electrical systems. The installation of a 150 ft long cast-in-place retaining wall and expansion of the existing lined containment pond were the main features of the site’s improvement package.
