24,300 SF, 48’ high, aging barn used to store 21,000 whiskey barrels and total site development of 17 acres. We demolished and renovated the existing structure to install custom metal racking system to ft the whiskey barrels. The construction also includes a site building for future site expansion on the site of 2,000 SF. Grade site with 66,000 SF containment area and swales to accommodate an emergency situation.
