A free-standing, ground-up, two-story building was constructed for Riderwood Wellness Center.
The new building includes a green roof, masonry and metal panel facade including thin brick. The new features include a pool, gym, training rooms, sport courts, and locker and support rooms. Sitework included earthwork, utilities, paving and landscaping.
