Project Description: This was an interior renovation of the fully occupied Pickersgill Retirement Community, located in Towson, MD. Phase 2 of this multi-phased revitalization involved multiple areas of work on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, totaling 14,400 SF. The scope of work included demolition, abatement, new and relocated MEP, framing, and millwork. Stylish, upgraded finishes give the space a fresh look. Newly renovated amenities include a reading area, gathering space, game room, continental breakfast area, garden room, gym, lobby, personal care salon, and a new wellness room.
Throughout construction, the facility remained fully occupied and operational. Plano-Coudon leveraged our deep expertise working in occupied spaces by implementing extensive safety measures to ensure the well-being of staff and residents, all while limiting disruption to the Pickersgill community.
