Pickersgill Retirement Community Renovations – Phase 2

Project Description: This was an interior renovation of the fully occupied Pickersgill Retirement Community, located in Towson, MD. Phase 2 of this multi-phased revitalization involved multiple areas of work on the 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th floors, totaling 14,400 SF. The scope of work included demolition, abatement, new and relocated MEP, framing, and millwork. Stylish, upgraded finishes give the space a fresh look. Newly renovated amenities include a reading area, gathering space, game room, continental breakfast area, garden room, gym, lobby, personal care salon, and a new wellness room.

Throughout construction, the facility remained fully occupied and operational. Plano-Coudon leveraged our deep expertise working in occupied spaces by implementing extensive safety measures to ensure the well-being of staff and residents, all while limiting disruption to the Pickersgill community.
