Perring Plaza Retail Facade

The Perring Plaza shopping center, located at the major junction of Perring Parkway and East Joppa Road, received renovations to the facade, landscaping, and finishes. The shopping center is located on a 29-acre site with 396,000 SF of retail space anchored by Shoppers Food, Micro Center, Home Depot, and Jo-Ann, among others, and has not been significantly updated in decades. The team transformed the shopping center into a modern-day experience with extended storefront facades to improve marketing, all-new landscaping with selective hardscape improvements and inviting finishes to attract patrons. This busy shopping center remained operational throughout construction, so the team spent a significant amount of time ensuring a safe working atmosphere for workers and public safety for all retail patrons and workers.
