Oak Crest Village received a renovation of their existing clubhouse to incorporate a lobby, restaurant, cafe, lounges, and an exterior terrace. Two family restrooms, one on each floor of the club house, were also constructed. Minor upgrades were made to the activity rooms, level 1 restrooms, and the main kitchen. The scope of work included mechanical, electrical, minor modifications to the façade, and minor structural modifications.
