M&T Bank 8th Floor Montgomery Park

Phased interior renovation of the 8th floor in a large office building. The building and floor were occupied throughout construction. The space was 120,000 SF which was beautified and 54,000 SF was renovated through construction. This project also included challenging logistics to keep all operations and daily activities intact for M&T bank employees.
