New construction of a 215,000 SF warehouse with 42’ ceiling height and is used for paper storage. The pre-engineered building is steel frame building 215’ x 1,000’ with no interior columns. Construction includes demolition, foundations, structural slab, foundation walls, structural steel framing, metal roofing, loading dock equipment and all new MEP systems.
