In this construction-manager-at-risk project, Plano-Coudon completed an interior and exterior renovation of an occupied, four-story building dating from 1897. The project included a complete roof replacement, window restoration, a new storefront, new HVAC systems, art lighting, architectural finishes and custom millwork. The project also involved excavating a courtyard to below the level of the building’s foundation, requiring underpinning of the building’s foundation.
