Hord Coplan Macht Office

The Hord Coplan Macht project was a total demolition and reconstruction of the entire 12th floor of the Candler Building, located on East Pratt Street in Baltimore, MD.  Other than the standard, new interior finishes made to this architect’s office, upgrades and  additions were integrated to the building’s mechanical system, high-end controls and IT system, and to a new plumbing system. These aspects contributed to the first WELL New and Existing Interiors Gold Certified project in the state of Maryland.
