Education Expansion at Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center

Project Description: Renovation of an existing office space into a secure, modern detention grade classroom facility. Construction included a new communicating stairwell to connect the first and second floors, along with an additional stairwell providing egress to a new secure passageway and evacuation area, installation of new underground utilities and SWM facilities, and installation of a comprehensive security system, new restrooms, a media center, a technology room, and multiple classrooms. Additionally, we relocated the original office spaces to the non-secure side of the building, incorporating 10 new offices and a dedicated staff training room.
