Renovation of an existing 41,000 SF school facility that will be the permanent home for DC Prep’s Edgewood Middle School Campus, which will serve approximately 330 students. Work includes reconfiguration of interior spaces to include a cafeteria, a gym, an interior courtyard, replacement of all MEP systems, a new roof including a green roof, modification of the building envelope to add natural light, new windows, relocation of the main entrance, a library addition, new low-voltage systems, and full interior fit-out.
