Councilwoman Rita R. Church Community Center

Ground-up construction of an 11,000 SF gymnasium addition to an existing recreation center. Project included site work, utility work, and minor alterations to the existing center. The construction includes installation of several architectural features, including large, patterned, exterior metal panels and a multi-colored, glazed masonry block on the gym’s interior. The project includes a bowed roof which was topped with green-roof plantings and outfitted with a fall-protection system.
