Community College of Baltimore County Pre-Engineered Metal Building

The Community College of Baltimore County Pre-Engineered Metal Building project consisted of the construction of a 5,000 sq ft pre-engineered metal building on CCBC’s Dundalk Campus.  The scope of work included, but was not limited to, selective site demolition; site sediment control and stormwater management; site utilities including water, sewer, and electric; slab-on-grade concrete foundation; an interior fit-out of the space to create office, work, and storage spaces; forced air mechanical system with ATC; electric and low voltage wiring and devices; plumbing system and fixtures; finishes; landscaping; and site restoration.
