Sitework, landscaping and hardscaping of the 2.5-acre site to create the Denton Community Quadrangle. The project includes new walkways, plantings, multiple bio ponds, creating new ADA building access, underpinning and waterproofing building foundations, and creating shade structures. Since the site was situated between occupied buildings, work was phased to avoid disrupting campus life.
