This project required horizontally expanding the 7-tier, structural precast, employee parking garage to include an additional bay of parking. Specific tasks of the sitework included, but are not limited to, the construction of rammed aggregate piers, relocation/demolition of underground lighting/communication lines, foundations and MEP.
