Biomere Vivarium

At the University of Maryland Biopark, Plano-Coudon completed a 13,000 SF fit-out of a rodent vivarium in an occupied building. The facility required clean-room finishes throughout, including FRP wall panels, resinous flooring and sealed ceilings. The fit-out also included new MEP systems, a steam-boiler system, sterilizing equipment, a cage-wash facility, and animal isolation and procedure rooms.
