This project required the renovation of a 2,000 SF office space in Fells Point. The work included demolition of existing finishes on the first floor and 2 bathrooms, installation of newly exposed ductwork on the first floor, new electrical fixtures throughout, new ceramic vanities and fixtures in 2 bathrooms, and paint throughout the entire office.
