Conversion of a 65,000 SF warehouse into a terminal for cruise ships at the Port of Baltimore. The project involved extensive demolition of framing, flooring, pavement, electrical and mechanical systems. New construction included metal framing, siding, flooring, foundations, structural steel and the installation of an exterior canopy with an insulated, translucent, fiberglass roof system.
