Baltimore County Government Galloway Maintenance Building

Design and construction of a new grounds maintenance facility and addition to the existing Bureau of Highways building. The project upgraded the 4-acre site currently occupied and relocate the grounds maintenance division to the site. Site improvements include parking spaces for trucks and pedestrian vehicles, a new 20’ x 30’ pole barn, utility services (water, sewer, storm, electric and telephone) and five micro-bioretention facilities to provide the required stormwater management treatment.
