Project Description: Delivered as part of Baltimore City’s Rec Rollout initiative, the Coldstream Aquatic Center introduces a dynamic new hub for summertime recreation in Northeast Baltimore. Built for Baltimore City Recreation & Parks, the project included the construction of a lap pool, family pool, pumphouse, and bathhouse, along with thoughtfully designed shade structures to enhance visitor comfort. This modern facility expands access to high-quality aquatic amenities and supports the City’s mission to reinvest in public spaces that promote health, play, and community connection.
