This project revitalizes two existing pre-engineered buildings through a full renovation and a new one-story addition that unifies them into a single, modern facility. The upgraded space will support the manufacturing and distribution of biological culture media with new offices, labs, manufacturing areas, and efficient warehouse storage. Scope includes selective demolition, new partitions and finishes, upgraded plumbing and HVAC systems, and reconfigured interior spaces, while preserving existing slabs and roofing. A structural steel, metal-clad addition will seamlessly connect the buildings and enhance overall functionality.
