As part of Maryland’s initiative to support economic development in Baltimore by relocating state agencies to the city, this office renovation project involved approximately 20,000 square feet of tenant improvements and alterations across the 19th and 20th floors of 120 East Baltimore Street in downtown Baltimore. The scope of work included developing new floor plans; upgrading lighting, HVAC, and electrical systems; and installing high-quality finishes throughout the space. All work was executed in an occupied building, with minimal disruption to existing tenants.
