This project included the complete renovation of the exterior site hardscapes around the Transamerica building at 100 Light Street in Downtown Baltimore. Basement tenants had problems with water infiltration, and the project’s main purpose was to identify those structure repairs, fix them, and seal/waterproof the entire structural slab. A secondary benefit of the project is that COPT received a completely refreshed and modern site around the building.
