Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Baltimore recognized Plano-Coudon for three Excellence in Construction Awards last week. The three winning projects were Broadway Market, CCBC Veterinary Technology Center and Corporate Office Properties Trust 6950 Columbia Gateway Drive.
Broadway Market
The North Shed at the historic Broadway Market received a complete renovation and reconfiguration of the interior space to accommodate multiple food tenants.
Community College of Baltimore County Veterinary Technology Center
The renovations included a combined student lab and classroom, a surgical and recovery area, a microscope lab, an in-house lab, wellness clinic and more. Construction for this project was aggressive with the design phase of the Center beginning in 2017, interior demolition immediately followed. The project completed in Fall 2018 semester.
COPT 6950 Columbia Gateway Drive
Repositioning of the existing, vacant base building inclusive of façade, lobby, amenity space, tenant suite demolition and select site improvements of an approximately 112,000 SF office building.
