January 2023 – Two college friends with a passion for building and an entrepreneurial spirit founded Plano-Coudon 25 years ago. We’ve come a long way from our early years operating out of the basement of a Federal Hill rowhouse. We are now a trusted, award-winning general contractor with projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Our team has deep expertise in our target markets, and we’ve cultivated strong relationships with our building partners, allowing us to deliver an exceptional owner experience.
We are deeply grateful for the success we’ve enjoyed and have endeavored since our inception to give back to the communities in which we build, work, and live. Serving the communities that enable our success is one of our core values and foundational to who we are. Just like we do for our clients, we work hard to support the mission of non-profits who are making a difference.
We’ll be celebrating our 25 years in business all year long by looking back at the projects we’ve completed and how we’ve impacted the community while sharing our excitement about the future of Plano-Coudon.
