March 7, 2022 – Today marks the beginning of Women in Construction (WIC) Week, which is celebrated annually to highlight women in the construction industry. This year’s theme, “Envision Equity,” seeks to raise awareness of the opportunities for women in the industry. Currently, women make up just 11% of the industry, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
At Plano-Coudon, women serve a wide array of roles – from administrative to the field, and in the c-suite. We are proud to support and advocate for females in the industry!
