Bio:

Ryan co-founded Plano-Coudon with Brett Plano in September 1998.

Known for his attention to detail, Ryan aims his focus on growing Plano-Coudon as a trusted partner and leader in the construction industry.  He loves to work on strategic growth, developing the leaders of the company, fostering company culture and keeping standards high.

A Maryland native and Air Force brat, Ryan traveled throughout the country before settling in Prince George’s County for his school-age years.  He then attended Virginia Tech where he majored in Mechanical Engineering.  Virginia Tech is close to Ryan’s heart as this is where he met both his wife and his business partner.  Go Hokies!

Passions outside of P-C:

Outside of work, Ryan’s passions including raising three daughters, running the trails of Patapsco State Park, snowboarding and traveling to visit our awe-inspiring National Parks.
