Blair Radney, LEED AP, Division Leader

Blair Radney

Bio:

Blair came to Plano-Coudon in 2011 and now works with a great team to lead the small project division. Having come up through the field, he has occupied the positions of foreman, superintendent, project manager, and owner’s representative; giving him an in-depth understanding of all sides of the table. Blairs holds a degree in construction management from Catonsville Community College and masters from The Southern Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

Passions outside of P-C:

Blair’s wife and kids enjoy the small things in life; spending time together and building memories. He is active in his church and community; serving as a deacon and volunteering with a local preservation group in Eldersburg. He and his family like to use their vacation time for compassion and construction ministry trips internationally to places in Africa, Mexico, and Jamaica.

Blair is also passionate about seeing others have a chance to change their lives and build a career and, consequently, services on the JumpStart advisory committee.
