Adam Bell

Bio:

Adam joined Plano-Coudon in 2006 after working seven years as a project manager for a national contractor and four years as an owner’s representative for several hospital systems in Maryland. Specializing in healthcare and senior living construction he has grown those markets at Plano-Coudon over the 13 years he’s been at PC.

Adam has headed up many of Plano-Coudon’s largest projects and heads up operations for his division from the Baltimore headquarters.  Some notable clients include Erickson Living, Under Armour, GBMC, Johns Hopkins University, Johns Hopkins Health, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab, Integrace, University of Maryland, Diageo (Guinness) and University of Maryland Medical System.

Adam holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University and is a licensed professional engineer and LEED Accredited Professional. Adam is a member of Chesapeake Area Society of Healthcare Engineers (CASHE), Construction Managers Association of America (CMAA), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and a board member of PACT: Helping Children with Special Needs.

 

Passions outside of P-C:

Outside of work, Adam enjoys coaching wrestling and heads up the Hereford Junior League Wrestling program coaching children between the ages of 6 and 15 years old.  Adam is also an executive board member of the Maryland Junior Wrestling League (MJWL).
