Park West Health System, a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center in Northwest Baltimore, provides primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services. This Capital Expansion project will transform the existing facility through a 15,456 SF, three-story addition and building-wide upgrades, further expanding PWHS’s capabilities and reach.
Phase 1 includes renovations to the existing building, installation of new siding across the entire building, and the construction of the addition shell. Phase 2 will include interior buildouts on the first and third floors of the new addition and additional renovations to the existing building.
